Wholesale Terms of Service and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Must be a registered business with a valid resale license/tax ID.

• Wholesale accounts are intended for brick-and-mortar, sports clubs or e-commerce retail only.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

• Minimum opening order: $350 USD

• Minimum reorder amount: $350 USD

• Orders below the minimum may be subject to a service fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Wholesale pricing is confidential and subject to change without notice.

• All prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping and taxes.

• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: [Credit Card, ACH, Business Check]

• No active discount codes can be applied at checkout

4. Shipping and Handling

• Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

• Le Pickle Club is not responsible for delays once the product has shipped.

5. Returns and Damages

• All wholesale sales are final.

• Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 3 days of receipt.

• Approved claims may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.

6. Resale Policy

• Products must be sold at or above the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) if applicable.

• Reselling on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is prohibited unless approved in writing.

7. Brand Representation

• Retailers must represent Le Pickle Club products accurately and respectfully.

• Use of our brand assets (logo, photography, etc.) requires permission.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

• Le Pickle Club reserves the right to revoke wholesale privileges for breach of terms.

9. Agreement Acceptance

• By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
