At Le Pickle™ Club we firmly stand behind our product and craftsmanship while ensuring your satisfaction. Our return policy is simple: All eligible returns must be returned within 14-days from the receipt of your purchase. We currently do not issue exchanges. Items will have to be returned for credit or full refund and then be repurchased. 


To issue a return, please send an email request with your order number and reason for return: RETURN REQUEST. 


Returns require a 7-10 processing time from when the item is received by the warehouse. Once inspected, please allow 3 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. USPS shipping labels for returned items will be billed at the customers expense. 

Eligible Returns

All returns must be in perfect condition. Any item that is damaged, been worn, marked or doesn’t arrive in its original packaging and condition will not be eligible for store credit or refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Unfortunately, all items marked for sale on the website are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Store Credit & Refunds 

Returns are issued as either store credit or refund to the original payment method. A store credit will be issued via a digital gift card within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including US taxes and excluding return shipping costs. Returns must be made within the 14-day from the day you receive your order. Returns sent after this time will not be valid.

Domestic Shipping and Processing Times

Orders typically ship USPS ground within 2-7 business to create and fulfill apparel products (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters, flags, stickers, etc) products. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. 

Once your order ships, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery as shipping times may vary. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Worldwide ground shipping: 10-20 business days

Refused Shipments

Refused packages do not qualify as a valid return or exchange. If you refuse any shipments from Le Pickle™ Club you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties and taxes incurred on the package (original and return shipments). We will subtract this amount from your merchandise credit, if it applies to your order.

I would like to change my order, what can I do?
Orders can be amended within the first 24 hours after they have been placed. After that, fulfillment will have started and we can no longer make any changes. To request an edit to your order, please contact customer service with your order number and specific request.

Damaged and Incorrect Items

We work really hard to have high-quality products sent to all of our customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
Damaged goods may be returned to Le Pickle™ Club, with all such returns subject to these Terms of Use. Goods damaged due to customers negligence will not be accepted for refund. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, you must notify us here within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We will email you a shipping label for returning the merchandise to Le Pickle™ Club. Return labels are at the expense of purchaser. 

-If available, a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the original damaged/incorrect item. If the item is unavailable for exchange you will be refunded the full amount minus the initial shipping costs. 

Lost/Stolen Items

Once the item(s) have been delivered to the customer with a valid address at the time of purchase and delivery, Le Pickle™ Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your location, you have a couple of options. For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. If your package came through another carrier, reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft.

Le Pickle™ Club will do their best to supply all supporting documentation to help the customer resolve the issue with the Carrier. Le Pickle™ Club is not held responsible for replacing or refunding the lost or stolen items.
