VIP Ambassador Terms of Service
VIP Ambassador Agreement
This VIP Ambassador Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of
by and between Le Pickle Club (the "Brand") and
(the "Ambassador"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Brand's VIP Ambassador Program.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship where the Brand provides the Ambassador with free gear and other perks in exchange for User-Generated Content (UGC) and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
2. Ambassador Responsibilities
The Ambassador agrees to:
Content Creation
- Post a minimum of 3-5 product videos / reels per month showcasing the gear in action.
- Submit at least 2 high-quality product photos and product review via the website for the items you received
- Feature the product prominently, emphasizing its benefits, quality, and unique features.
Social Media Engagement
- Share at least one Instagram story per week tagging the brand.
- Use designated brand hashtags: #lepickleclub, #lepickle, #pickleballfit
- Mention and tag the brand’s official account @lepickleclub in all posts and stories.
Word-of-Mouth Promotion

Actively promote the Brand to their community and social circles.

Share unique referral codes or links provided by the Brand (if applicable).
Brand Representation

Represent the Brand positively and align with its values.

Avoid promoting competing products within the same category during the term of this Agreement.
3. Brand Responsibilities
The Brand agrees to:

Provide the Ambassador with new Originals collection items up to 5 garments upon joining the program.

Offer additional perks, such as early access to new product launches and exclusive discounts.

Feature the Ambassador’s content on the Brand’s social media platforms and website, where appropriate.
4. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins on the date signed and continues for a period of 3 months. Ambassadors will be reviewed quarterly and if approved will reset the agreement for another 3 months, unless terminated earlier by either party.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice.

The Brand reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Ambassador fails to meet the requirements outlined herein or engages in conduct that harms the Brand’s reputation.
5. Ownership of Content

The Ambassador grants the Brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute any content created under this Agreement.

The Brand may use the Ambassador’s content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across its platforms.
6. Confidentiality
The Ambassador agrees to keep any non-public information about the Brand, its products, or campaigns confidential and not disclose such information without prior written consent.
7. Indemnification
The Ambassador agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Brand from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the content created or activities performed under this Agreement.
8. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of California, USA.
9. Acknowledgment
By selecting "Agree" on the VIP Ambassador Form, below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms of this service.
Appendix A
Content Guidelines
VIP Brand Ambassadors are expected to adhere to the following content guidelines:
1. Authenticity and Branding

Ensure all content reflects the Brand’s values and voice.

Maintain an authentic tone that resonates with your audience while staying positive and professional.
2. Visual Standards

Use natural lighting and clean backgrounds to ensure product visibility.
-
Highlight the product prominently in photos and videos, avoiding excessive clutter.
-
Avoid using filters that alter the product’s colors or features significantly.
3. Product Integration
-
Showcase how the product fits into your lifestyle or daily routine.
-
Use the product in action wherever possible (e.g., during games, practice, or events).
-
Provide clear visuals of branding or logos on the product.
4. Captions and Tagging
-
Include personal stories or testimonials in captions to make posts relatable.
-
Use all designated hashtags (e.g., #lepickleclub, #Lepickle, #pickleballfit).
-
Tag the Brand’s official account (@lepickleclub) in all posts and stories.
5. Video Content
-
Keep videos between [ideal time frame, e.g., 15-60 seconds] for social media platforms.
-
Ensure good audio quality for spoken content; use captions for accessibility.
-
Incorporate trending formats or audio that align with the Brand’s image.
6. Prohibited Content

Avoid content with inappropriate language, controversial topics, or anything that could harm the Brand’s reputation.

Do not feature competing products in any posts created for the Brand.

Be open to feedback from the Brand
By following these guidelines, Ambassadors will help maintain the Brand’s professional image while creating engaging and relatable content for the audience.
