Brought a large sweatshirt using the size guide provided, however, the garment was huge! I've tried to engage with Le Pickle Club to resolve this issue but they are completely ignoring my emails. I am following their stated policy terms and conditions but they are NOT. Absolutely awful customer service !
This company are farcical, they do not adhere to their own policies. Do not purchase anything from them.
Need to return an item. On website, the company state they will issue a returns protocol within 3-5 days. It has now been 6 days with absolutely no communication from them at all.
